Casey Grammar School is a co-educational, ecumenical school governed by a Board and managed by a Council. Members of these two bodies include representatives from the Anglican, Uniting and Salvation Army Churches, parents, individuals with specific expertise, the Head of School and the Principal. It is a registered company limited by guarantee.
The School was founded in 1994 by an interim committee which had the vision to provide a low fee Christian school striving for excellence in education, for the families of Cranbourne and surrounds. It commenced with 57 students from Prep to Year 6 and in 1996 began Secondary classes. Enrolment now exceeds 680 students from Prep to Year 12.
